William Thacker is a London bookstore owner whose humdrum existence is thrown into romantic turmoil when famous American actress Anna Scott appears in his shop. A chance encounter over spilled orange juice leads to a kiss that blossoms into a full-blown affair. - This is a great movie about the secret love between a typical bookstore owner and an immensely popular movie star. They go through many situations where it seems like it won't work out, but it also has comedy mixed in. I loved it.
