The Karate Kid (2010)
Twelve-year-old Dre Parker could have been the most popular kid in Detroit, but his mother's latest career move has landed him in China. Dre immediately falls for his classmate Mei Ying but the cultural differences make such a friendship impossible. Even worse, Dre's feelings make him an enemy of the class bully, Cheng. With no friends in a strange land, Dre has nowhere to turn but maintenance man Mr. Han, who is a kung fu master. As Han teaches Dre that kung fu is not about punches and parries, but maturity and calm, Dre realizes that facing down the bullies will be the fight of his life.

I loved this movie it really sad when he got beat up i felt as if it happened too me beacasue when i saw him get beat up i put myself in his position too see what it was like :(
This movie is pure and brings tears to some. I love it when he refuses to give up on karate and his 'girlfriend', and even tries to speak Chinese to her and her dad to try to let her watch the tournament because her dad caught her skipping school.

I've always wondered if one day I could be a martial artist! But i dont think so... I can barely do a back flip and I cant even do a proper cartwheel ! oh well...
