The main character was asking his mom for a dinosaur. But mom didn't really say anything back. He tries to convince her by telling all the things the dinosaur could do. We thought it was a good book. We liked one of the parts when the teacher put the kids in ABC order and one of them one was last because his names began with the last letter in the alphabet. The author wrote this book to persuade and entertain. We were definitely entertained . If we were the mom, we would let him get a stegosaurus because we think it would be fun to ride.. Read to find out what happens at the end, it is something surprising.

Boom Crash went Mean Jean when she stomped to the playground . I love Recess Queen because its a good book for if you have been bullied and learning to be a upstander to bullies . Recess queen is about Mean Jean, she is head of the playground until Katie Sue came along. I like the book because Katie Sue is the upstander to Mean Jean. Also I like the book because the illistrator did a really good job drawing the pictures .Last I like the book because the auother used awsome words that replace boring words.Will Mean Jean keep the playground hers or not,read Recess Queen to find out.

This is a humorous book. In this book, a boy named Alex goes to his Grandparents' house and doesn't give it a chance right away. His parents go to Bora Bora and Alex keeps complaining about the boring things that his grandparents and his siblings do. But, he doesn't know about the things they do. This is one book in a series.
